It should support you without squeezing and fit snugly without being constricting.
To take your measurements at home, all you need is a flexible tape measure:
A Bust circumference: Measure at the fullest part of your bust.
B Underbust circumference: Measure just below your bust, without squeezing it. This measurement corresponds to your size (e.g., 90, 95, 100, etc.).
The difference between the two measurements determines your cup size (B, C, D, etc.).
Example:
- 3 Underbust circumference: 75 cm Size 90
- 3 Underbust circumference: 92 cm Difference: 17 cm Cup C Result: 90C
